It's good.
Although personally I am not too sure about the softkeys, I see what you did to highlight the text there but when there is no text it looks less great....
Still a very good job.
What you can do is upload it at http://www.mobile9.com
Once apporved, they will upload it to the gallery and that means it will also be available for download via wap (you need to make sure you know the wap ID though)
[edit] oh and the colour of the statusbar is maybe a bit too close to the colours of the signal and gprs indicators... hence you won't see them. Maybe it was your intention to blank them out though, but you have to keep in mind that many ppl want to be able to see how strong a signal they have 
Other than that I think you did great. The colour combo's work, it's a very nice theme.

this one is awesome!
with mobile9, hit 'downloads' that will bring you to the gallery, select T610/T630 and then themes, then a genre and on the top right you'll see a button 'upload'

yes im using 'TCP 3G' but it aint too good, it waits until i've uploaded the theme and downloaded it via wap to tell me it dont work, for f*ck sake |
