I have a T310, and a T68i, and two different computers, both with Outlook 2002. When I go to PhoneBook --Advanced--send all--via IR the transfer DOES happen and a .vcf is created on my desk top but only the first contact from my phonebook is seen there. On the other hand,fMa(mobile agent) can read both my phone memory and SIM memory and retrieve all info easily.
A friend also experienced the same problem with a 68i and Outlook XP.
Any help will be appreciated,
Thanks

Just use XTND ConnectPC - it will synch your entire phonebook with Outlook. You can download it from the SE website. For the latest version, look under the support section for newer models (Z600, T630).

Or you can try reading the .vcf file with Outlook Express first, then import the phone book into Outlook. All the entries are in the file. just that Outlook doesn't like to read beyond the first entry.
