Is it true that charging a mobile with a car charger gradually destroyes the battery? |

Yes, you actually do destroy the battery, due to constant charge and recharge of it,same thing happens with those hands free for car whenever you connect it it charges the battery ,hope someday somebody do one with charge on/off option on it,till then actual systems not good at all. |

This is true for the OLD type batteries (NiMH)..these lose capacity if not totally discharged before recharging. BUT all the new E/// phones working on the 3V platform (T28s and newer) have Li-Polymer or Li-Ion batteries and this technique allows continues charging (and Quick charging as well)  |
