Either the Siemens or the Nokia! I've actually had both of them, the nokia is really user friendly and fast, small, cool!!! Siemens is great cos of the MP3 player.... SL45 was a nice phone to use, but the 8250 is cool to have (at least in Europe) and it's nice in discos and most people have nokia, so you'll be able to message people funny messages.... 
With the siemens, you definitely need a computer connected to it most of the time!
