i cant change my password for sum reason?
it keeps sayin i evtered an invalid one whem im just copyin it directly from the e-mail esato sent me. n e ideas n e 1??? |

You mean you can't change your esato password? Are you sure you have entered all fields correctly? First one field with the old one, then two with the new one.

It is because you are trying to copy paste the password from the email type the password instead of pasting it and you will be fine. Its just a security measure.
Knowledge is two fold. Knowing a subject or knowing where to find out about a subject. I rely on both... That is why I come here.  |

I've just tried this procedure by going through the forgotten password procedure and I managed to cut and paste the password and set my new password correctly using that so it must be something else.

Actually a few weeks back I helped a friend of mine to create an account and the he faced the same problem but when I typed in the password instead of pasting it worked (I tried copy pasting a couple of times before that as well). I don't know it may be a browser issue then ;0 jsut a guess
