I've got one of these if anyone's got any questions.

And one from me 2; Am I right when I claim there's no way to use "magic keyword", voice-answering and hear the dialers name when using this set?

Thanks..

Yes, you are right that the "magic keyword" does not work with the HBH-20, I've heared that voice-answering does work (have not tested it myself), and that hearing the caller's name in the headset when the phone rings does not work!
I'm just not a signature kind of guy..

Just purchased a new HBH-20 headset but when opened the box and first charged it fully, I was unable to get it into pairing mode (red and green alternating). It constantly blinks green briefly and doesn't even seem to turn on and off as described in the manual. I can't seem to get it to do a reset (press both buttons at the same time ~10 sec). HELP!? It's new and I can't get it to work.

FYI I have the HBH-15 and was able to set it up in seconds, as described in the manual, so I expected the HBH-20 to set up in the same manner (probably the same guts inside).

Hi,

I did not have any problem, so it should be able to work. I followed the manual exactly, no tricks there. Sorry to hear about your problem
