usually reconditioned means the manufacturer has made the unit "as new" but generally I would prefer the new unit and you will find that reconditioned ones are cheaper and come with a shorter warrantz (often only 3 months)

Brand new is better, if you have the money to spend.

Agreed.

Buy a new one, it may cost more but it is well worth it.
Ensure you have Warranty / Guarantee if possible.....

Your all correct , if i buy a brandnew ,it has a warrantied & can be
replaced . I see : ), while the reconditioned here in our place , it last 7 days up to 1 month only . and it is risk to buy .

For me it depends. . . I used to buy old models of Nokia 8210, 8250 and 6510 -reconditioned ones, comes in cheap and have encountered no problem or whatsoever. Usually old fone models are the ones which are reconditioned, it is very rare that you find new releases which are being tagged as 'reconditioned'. As some have replied, 'depends on your budget ?' - is the most balancing 'factor' to consider here.
