Well I for one think the new search is fantastic! wildcards, no words excluded (that I can find so far), words that must (or must not) appear in the results etc etc.

I always was a big user of the search and you can bet I will be in future. I hope everyone else makes great use of this feature which really now brings out the historical content value of the Esato forums.

Perhaps which should call it Esatoogle?

At first glance the search does seem to be really good and much improved. It'd be nice to think that it will reduce the amount of new threads created that duplicate ones already running

There seems to be a replies count problem.

Elronds post is the 3rd reply in this thread but when looking at the posts in the Esato Forum forum it shows only 2 replies, even after a refresh.

edit: and after posting this one it shows 3 replies instead of 4

The entire forum certainly seems alot faster. I have 512k ADSL and it still took ages for the forum pages to load. Not now, it seems...

Thanks for the feedback. I had forgotten to change something in the scripts on mobile.esato.com. Should be fine now, but let me know if you find anything else.

The big spaces between topics in "New posts" is not so good...
