I have been posting in the last few weeks, (and learning a lot too) but misteriously my "post counter" has reset and gone to 1 misteriously when I reached 11. I tried the "contact" link on the side of the page but more than a week has gone by and got NO response whatsoever. Can anyone in charge put fix my counter?
(I know its really silly of me, but I want the pic of my P800 beside my name... and im afraid it will reset again everytime I reach 11 posts)

posts in regional areas, and chat zones such as in garbage threads do not count to the post count.
If you post in these areas, your post count will go down during the night.

If you've posted in topics wich has been removed your postcount will drop. If you've posted in topics wich has been moved to "non post counting" forums your postcount will drop, and so on...

Thanks for all the info. Now I know. Its a pity that the posts in the regional areas dont count, since for some users (who live in those areas) thats where the action is going on.
