If you are a T-Mobile USA customer and do not have access to your PC and do not want to call 611 customer care to find out how many minutes you've used, type this in on your phone and press Yes:
#646# and press Yes/Talk
wait a few seconds and they will push back a message on your display indicating how many whenever minutes/weekend minutes you've used since the last time their systems updated your minute usage.
Pretty nifty!
