I recently bought a laptop with an IR port
I just installed windows XP on it
what do I do to get mypictures and maybe the calendar to work?
What do I install/setup ...?

Not much, just turn on the ir on your phone and keep in sight of your computer ir. But you have to make sure that your ir from your computer is on in your bios. Most of the times new laptops don't have their ir activated from the factory you have to do it yourself. |

dont have to install anything special to use the IR ??? just run mypictures and it should work ??? |

What do you mean my pictures?
When you are connected with your computer there will be a new icon on your screen you can drag and drop pictures to that. Your phone shows how many kb you've left and asks if you want to download the pictures than go to my pictures and there it is
! |

Yeah getting IR to works is simple as hell, I wish Bluetooth was
that easy to setup also  |
