How come I cant seem to download themes either in sonyericsson website or chistersson.org. When i get the receive item box, the progress bar doesnt move at all? what could be wrong? |

hmm...I just tested it for the first time
and had no problems at all dowloading jamesbond theme from
christersson.org took ~10sec

I always get connection failure when I try to download themes...but when I download small pic and imelodys its ok. Anyone which gateway supports LDT(Large Data Transfer)? maybe thats the reason. |

what is the christersson.org wap url? I tried christersson.org and wap.christersson.org and neither seemed to work for me.

Downloading-problems. It is to do with your opperator's sever. Some opperators (Like mine, NetCom, Norway) has a limitation on the size on downloadable items. Can't remember the frazing on it but I read it somewhere.

One thing that I had to do was to not include a background-image in the theme.
When I tried it with a background-image, it did not work. BUT without the background-image, it works fine (it makes the file smaller).
As said earlier, it might have something to do, with your wap-gateway, it might not support Large Transfers.
