T628 is meant for China market. I bet the only differences to T630 is just chinese input.
The review have around 13pages so I won't translate but for those who know mandarin. Read it
Basically the final version was say to have an extra "size" for picture being snapped. (refer to page 6)
It's just expanding the "L" size to 640x480 when you transfer to PC. The reviewer claimed the CMOS chip is still 100k pixel and this is only done thru software. (Well if someone post this before then its not a news....i didn't login to Esato for a long time)
Then it claim the respond is better when doing SMS (but for chinese input)
BTW I am not the author of this review, this site is owned by a China Company. They have review on BETA unit before since SE is focusing so much in China (Remember P900 and T630 is announced in Beijing)
