Service not found on T610 |

I've a Billionton Bluetooth dongle. It seems like my PC (WindowsXP Home Edition) and T610 pairs alright, but when I try to activate any service I get the error message "Service X is not found on device T610". Does anyone have a clue what can be wrong?
I've tried it on my computer at work as well (running Windows2000), where I also have the SE Communication Suite installed. I get the same message there. Do I have to have the communication suite installed to activate a BT connection with my T610?
I've upgraded the firmware to the latest version... |

You don't need communication suite to use bluetooth services.

Thank U Juckus!!!
I installed the new Bluetooth SW from Billionton (BluetoothN 1.4.2.10), and discovered that the new SW requires that the Bluetooth device contains a Security Code.
The Security Code must be ordered from Billionton (you must include Bluetooth Address, P/N and S/N). They send a utility prgogram that installs the Security Code. Hade som trouble with this, but the second utility program I got from Billionton did the trick.
After this my Billionton USB Bluetooth Adapter works like a charm!! |

you can't use the bluetooth connection until you go into:
My Bluetooth Places\Entire Bluetooth Neighborhood\(your phone)
and then click on "serial port one". Then it will connect to the phone so you can use programmes like fma with it.
You will have to go into the connection settings of the program and select "use serial port" and in the drop down menu select the com port your pc has assigned the bt connection to.
This should help.

Have a TDK Bluetooth PCMCIA card in my Toshiba laptop and BT always worked fine with my T68. However, after replacing the T68 by a P900 I have not been able to use BT. Cannot even get the pairing right. Would appreciate any help on how to get BT working on my P900. And yes, I have upgraded the P900 firmware to the latest version but to no avail.
