Im planning to update my firmware tomorrow at a Sony Ericsson servicecentre. But what will be deleted from my phone? What do I need to backup or write down (like usernames, passwords, etc.)? |

For the past month my service center makes upgrading without loosing any information not even the sms counter ... don't know if other service centers works like that ...

correct. I have had all firmware updates for the T610 and have never lost a setting or a contact/picture/sound etc
