Does anyone know if this works or does the voice for who's calling only work with wired handsfree units ?

I use an HBH-30. I also don't hear the caller name when the phone rings and the call is answered through the headset.

I hava hbh65 and I was already trying to set it in a way i would here the name of a caller - unsuccessfully.
Anyone has some ideas if it is possible, because it can be annoying not knowing who on the other side is.

i had the same problem with a jabra headset and t610 - it wouldn't tell me who's calling. Got the software upgraded to r3c a couple of days ago and bingo! I assume it would be the same for the hbh-65, obviously a flaw in original se software
It also now plays amr files over the loudspeaker.

are you all on r1l??

I had this problem with my T610 and HBH60. If you happen to get a call when the headset and phone are connected (headset logo on phone) it will announce the caller in the headset. Trouble is when the phone and headset are in standby they close the connection untill you make or receive a call. Takes about 2-3 seconds to make the connection which is why you don't hear the callers name.
Hope this is clear ??

Re: Caller Name
I have T610 and HBH-65. I had the same problem to get the Caller Name to work most of the time. I think it's because the phone and the headset are not connecting all the time. When the radio signal is good, I would have no problem hearing the Caller Name. But, again, Not all the time.

Re: Voice Dialing
Try to delete the headset from My Device list and re-pairing them again. It's worked for me.

Re: Battery Life
I had HBH-30 before. Now I bought a new HBH-65 because of the "longer battery life" as SE claims. However, after a couple of weeks usage, I notice the battery life of the HBH-65 would not as long as SE claims to be. I would turn on the headset in the morning and talk about 1-hour. By 4:00PM, the battery was already dead.
