Good day all. This is my first theme posted here.
I've been playing around with the various theme creation software (and Photoshop too) and came up with something not commonly seen on the themes here: Pseudo-Extended Wallpaper.
The objective is to make it look as if the wallpaper is 128x160, by replacing the statusbar/menubar graphics with the top and bottom portions of the original 128x160 picture.
The part in the actual theme creation software isn't difficult, just the trimming parts in the graphics program a little nutty (when I have the exact steps set down, I will post it here). It basically requires you to prepare a 128x160 wallpaper (subject types suitable: human models, maybe with hair, hands, or chest requiring more attention and could use more space on the top and bottom of the phone screen), and use Photoshop's Canvas Size command to trip and re-trim the portions.
I must say I was only concerned about the apparent 128x160 wallpaper - the colour scheme for this theme apparently is nothing out of the ordinary. I do not have oodles of artistic talent too, so please bear with me.
I will up the .thm file shortly, currently it resides at [img]http://v4.livegate.net/accoleon/Kim Ji Hye 1.zip because the host does not allow .thm extensions. Feel free to download to your PC to twiddle if you wish.
PS: The person in the picture is the Korean singer Kim Ji Hye.
PS: If images are not showing up (due to hotlinking disabling) just go to http://v4.livegate.net/accoleon/1.jpg and change from 1 to 6 manually. Sorry for the trouble, couldn't find a good free host and I forgot to pay for mine
