Can anyone in Bulgaria help me? |

I'm in the UK and have a friend in Sofia, Bulgaria. I can call her from my UK landline using a discount phone company for the same cost as a local call in the UK. Ģ0.01 per minute. (www.call18866.co.uk)
Can anyone direct me to web-sites of any similar services in Bulgaria that my friend can use to call me in the UK?
Thanks! |

I live near by in romania but i can tell u almost certainly that they,as us,don't have yet this kind of service. The landlines companies just begėn to raise as we speak cuz b4 there was a state monopoly. Her best shot is to call u from a 'Internet calling card' (voice over ip system) but that would still cost a lot.Here,4 example the price is 0,10$/minute for Western europe for a landline number and 0,30$/min for a mobile number. That's damn expensive. She can also try some internet-cafes with a brodbrand2call.
