Well, I've been missing for quite some time - some of you might know that I had to take an exam. Not just not any exam, but the mother of all exams. The system here is as follows: after taking the Bar exam and becoming a lawyer, you are only allowed to plead in normal courthouses. After 2 years you must take an exam - after that you are allowed to open your own practice and plead in Superior Courts, Courts of Appeals and 6 years after taking the exam in the Supreme Court.
Well, for three months I've been studying day & night for this exam (usually 16 hours per day). In order to relax, I would visit Esato regularly, while at the same time respecting my promise of not posting anything (for a little bit over a month). So my only moments of relaxation were spent here, in your company. You guys are the reason why I kept my sanity and managed to get this through. Even though the results are not yet announced, I must thank you and Esato for being my support (besides my girlfriend who supported and understood me throughout this incredibly hard period). So thank you Esato and Esato Forum members! I owe you one!
P.S. I also have a picture of the books I had to study taken with my MCA-25 - too bad I don't have where to upload it.

Well, it went really well at the oral exams (Civil Procedure and Penal Procedure) - i got a 10 and an 8. The practical cases we had to solve in the written exams were quite complicated, but I do hope indeed that there we'll be no problems.
