I tried, masseur, before posting here. But in russia here google automatically opens russian google, and of course there is nothing interesting. And altavista gives strange results. P.s. In this forum is said, that topics here are not fitting into other categories. So i can make a topic like this.

can you not go to www.google.co.uk and click where it says "pages from UK"? and then enter your search criteria?
if not do you not have a preferences button on the google pages where you can then choose to view pages only in english language?

All you got to do is to specify that you're from U.S. or U.K. or something like that in your regional settings, and you should see english version of google. Hope I helped :-)
