mrNoodles...
seen that before.. when the customer get problems with the phone he/she returns it to the store where it was bought. The store sends it away to a servicepoint. Maybe it's replaced with a swapunit, the same problem occur with the swap unit, the customer yet once again returns the phone to the store, this time it's fixed. The customer use the phone for a while, but then the problem is there again. Quite mad the customer goes to the store, now claiming that he/she wants a new phone... How does the store act now? Well... they send it yet another time to the servicepoint... writing like this... "Same problem as before, customer is now tired of this and wants a new phone"... how does the servicepoint act? They replace it with a swap unit (cause that's the only "new" phone the customer can get through a servicepoint at this point).
The stores, in most cases, put the responsibility on the servicepoint. But they must have forgotten that the Swedish Consumer law is between the customer and the store... not the customer and the service point

Hi Cytech!!
Im not mad at the SP at all, its Geab that stinks in my opinion!!
Of course that part that I got a swap unit there the Joy counter wasnt reset - felt a little "cheap" and the cover on my was like brand new with no scratches and tha one that I got now looked a little bit used
I know about that part with the store writing a note that the customer wants a new phone etc. And as you said, it a thing between the customer and the store and ABSOLUTELY anything for the SP to deal with!!
Check out this link
It clearly states that when the same error occurs for the 4:th time the customer, in this case Me , will be able to get a "from the store new phone"
Funny part is that they dont mention anything about that you have the right to get you money back and buy a phone in a driifrent store!
We got to fight - for our rights...
And a swap unit doesnt counts as a brand new product!!
But Im not complaining at you Cytech!! Or anyone else working at a SP, its Geab Im so sick and tired of..
