if u did then just try connecting to it..assuming that it is still on and your within 10 metres or so then it will connect to it
if it connects then it obviously is within 10 metres of where u are standing..since its already paired then it will automatically connect to it
if it doenst try somewhere else cuz it wont be in that area..
for the [T610] just go to [CONNECTIVITY] then click on [BLUETOOTH] then proceed to [MY DEVICES] and select the accessory and select [CONNECT]
it would be similar for other SE phones..or i should say BT phones..

So I drop my 'spare' phone in tube station - BT has a 10m range - so that's about 700 sq foot - a body takes up about 1 sq foot when standing so what you are saying is that if I find that my phone is in a crowd then I *only* need to ask 700 people if they have picked it up.
