Bluetooth problems (P900) |

I just bought a Tecom USB Dongle (BT3030), after installing all the software for it, i can only send files from the phone to the computer, not the other way.
When i search for BT-devices on the computer, it doesnīt see the phone (and yes, i have made the phone visible to other BT devices), only the phone can find the PC..
The sync program that followed with the P900 isnīt working either with BT.
any sugession what to do?

I mailed the Tecom suport and got this answer:

Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
There are some incompatible problem between BT3030 and P900.
Till now, we don't have a solution to solve these probems.

So DONT buy a Tecom BT3030 if you got a P900!
My question now is, what USB Bluetooth dongle should i buy?
Anyone with a P900 that KNOW with dongle that will work?

I just bought the MSI one (not arrived yet) based on all the good feedback from others. GBP23.77 inc VAT & p&p from www.dabs.com
I originally bought a BrainBoxes one for P800 which has never worked even after waiting 6 months for a driver update until they finally said they would be dropping their BT stack and using a third parties for new devices 
Also bought the Belkin one which I couldn't get to work (took back & got my cash back)
I currently have my P900 working fine with a Socket CF BT card in a PCMCIA adapter stuck in my desktop (only 10M range though so only good while sat at PC). |
