Today, 11/13/03 in The United States, Sprint Announced that it will begin offering Live Tv streaming on all of their Sprint PCS vision phone. Channels that include the discover channel, CNN, and More cable channels to be added soon. According to the spokesperson for sprint, the phones will only handle 2 refreshes per second, with choppy reception. The charge will be 10.95 for TV service, plus an internet service of 7.95. TV to begin streaming The First of the Year.

Good idea, reasonable price. But 2 pictures per second, it is sounds more like slideshow than TV. Must be 25 frames per second as far as i know. But in general idea is good!

No, I am not confused and I didn't make a typo, it is exactly 2 per second. CRAPPY RECEPTION, for an expensive price.
