i bought a phone off a guy over seas. he confirmed that he got my payment and i never got my phone i have all his emails and the recipt that i payed him. if you can help me please email me at. i want to no if anything can be done.

@nismo300zx91, I do feel sorry for you, but you should have got the help BEFORE you sent the money, as the phone forums are full of stories about overseas scams, Ebay phone scams ETC, as others have said, only buy what you can actually hold in your hand first, unless it is a well known company, (even then people can have problems).
I going to bet that this phone was an "Unbelievable low price" in which case WHY did you believe it ?
