I recieved a mms from a friend, when i tried to open it i got a "downloading" screen for age's then the "communcations error".
Just cant seem to download the mms (plus i dont know why i should have to), the sender has a t610 like me on the same network so i know i can recive mms from them (recived many mms from them before)
Any idea's on how i can get this mms... its just bugging me cos i've still got the mms logo showing on my desktop!

Try again in a hour or so, sometimes it is a network problem

maybe it's too big? you might want to call your operator..

Hi
I have the same problem as well, after being on the phone to Vodafone support in Ireland.
He said it was a problem with the phone accessing the vodafone servers, it cant go through the firewalls.
He said to put the VF software on the phone  |

If you get communication error send yourself the handsets settings via SonyEricsson.com's support section. If your problem continues after this then call your network operator. |

I get this quite often! I am on o2! i think it is just the network being tempremental because all i eva do is wait and hour or two and then it lets me download it! sometimes it is even jus a case of tryin to download it a few times in a rowand it finally works! Thou if after tryin this it still doesnt work then call your service provider! |

Its a bug in sony erricsson .. not in all handsets but iun few one
