But seriously I do smoke and I do want to quit but it is not easy; smoking is an addiction.

I've never ever tried a smoke, but I really feel for those who try to quit! I'm sure it ain't easy, since you get quite addicted to it! But there is always a possibility to stop smoking, the tough part is too actually be able to do it and don't start again. I have friends who have quit numerous times! 
Good luck to those who try, congratulations to those who've stopped, and good smoking to those who don't want to stop!
