P900 is not a "clamshell" phone, it is a phone that has the option of "flip closed" or "flip open"use, you decide.
You could answer the call with jog dial, & open the flip at the same time if you so wished.
OR answer it closed
OR answer it open
OR on AUTO mode, the phone answers itself & deals with the callers problem, leaving you to relax in the sun with a beer.
NOTE, One of these may be made up rubbish.
