Hey all,
I recently got a T65 and while I like many things. There are some issues that I would like to have fixed:
- I seriusly think that the UI reacts very slow.. Both when entering SMS's (And im a damned slow typer) and when navigating around..
- Ive also seen the phone reset for no apparent reason while WAP'ing
- Sometimes is it as if the phone looses GPRS connection, but instead of offering to reconnect it still belives that it is connected.
- I would have liked the phone to try and reconnect when it time out in a GPRS session

My software version is:
R3B007? Is that the newest one?
If not are any of these issues fixed?

Regards Henrik
P.s I plan to email ericsson directly if no one inhere have information *grin*
p.p.s Anyone know the nearest service point to Nørrebro in København?

When i uppgraded my sisters t65 to the latest sw it hangs & restarts it self when entering wap-settings & it the sw also gave added faked bookmarks which cant be deleted.

Anyone with the same problem?

snottra; if you do a master reset you should be able to sort it out. I recommend that you do a master reset after every software upgrade. Anyways, I now have R4A007 updated from the very first software revision. I have noticed the following:

1. Faster T9
2. The backlight switches off when making a call (because of the buzzing noise the backlight causes on some models)
3. In the phone book, there is an 'other' entry for numbers, before there was not.
4. The menus are faster and more responsive.
5. The email client doesn't crash when the email is fairly large (as it used to)
6. The phone (as of yet) hasn't reset itself or switched itself off. It used to crash quite regularly and now it doesn't at all.
7. WAP is faster.
8. Startup is quicker.

Hope this helps.

He! now you mention it, I also noticed that the buzzing stopt much quicker, and I just checked: after the "connecting beep" the light goes off! Nice work around!

Uncleben - sounds like you have some other kind of fault as with both software versions I've had I didn't experience the same problems as you have with pictures. Take it to a service centre (or send it to Celestica if there isn't one near) and they will check it out for you as well as update the software.
