stil don't know what you mean, but if i had a guess i'd say you wanted to created your own softkeys image.
Here's a theme creating guide that tells yuou how you can make themes .

The giude is excellent and even I can understand it... however I'd like to try out different images for the softkeys as well haven't been able to do so just yet ...

I beleive I know what your asking regarding relief of softkeys using my scooby theme as example (I wonder though how t-six-ten is involved as I have no themes posted on t-six-ten ??)
Perhaps I should write a small tutorial on the subject tonight ?

I think the question about softkey relief - is a "general" question about how to create softkeys that has effects like Bevel and such.

oh? so softkey relief is beval! in that case, it's pretty simple. Just right click on the softkey layer, and go Blending options. and then Beval and Emboss. Is it not in MO's tute?

@daboo: yes. experiment with the effects and you'll come out with lots of different softkeys.

How do i MAKE a diamond shaped softkeys bar from scratch?
