what kind of spec do you need. The software does not install from the first.
After I get select language the box pops up and then the cd stops in the player.
The downloaded version does nothing at all. |

I recently recieved my P900. It installed on 2 windowsXP professional computers without errors. However one I got the mrouter could not be started try reinstalling. Turns out the antivirus/or Black Ice was the problem.... Uninstalled and reinstalled no errors....
Hope that helps |

We are trying to use a process of elimination here. As you have tried the CD and downloaded s/w we can assume the CD is okay. Now that means the problem may lie with the other s/w on you machine. From the threads I have read I have heard firewalls, virus checker and some games (see this thread http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=42047&forum=35) can cause PC Suite not to work properly - and may be in your case these other apps are not allowing the installation of the s/w in the first place. |

In XP your account can be either Administrator or something else I can't remember. In order to install some programs you have to be moderator. You can check by just clicking the start menu and see what it says under your name and picture.

Ok, I was just guessing yhought it would be there. Then: start, controlpanel, accounts and then you click your account and somewhere it will say what type it is.

You download the program you run it you click a couple of times “next”
and you see the process installation bar, the installation never moves from the 0% is that right?
