Since I have read that the Chinese language support causes funny stuff with font sizes (which I can't stand), will a normal upgrade, say of this new T68i software on my Chinese supported T68i, just give me the European support as normal? Or is there something separate that needs to be done as well?

Any info woul be appreciated.

The "normal" firmware upgrade of a T68m to a T68i will not work with a T68mc. Ericsson has stated that this firmware release will not be available to the China, HK markets. There is more software involved than the normal upgrade. If you can get someone to do it, you could go to an SE service point (not easily in the U.S.), have your T68mc converted to a T68m (you lose chinese menu's but gain English T9) then do a firmware upgrade to a T68i.

No, I already have the T68i, and was wondering if the new T68i R2B rleased today would overwrite the Chinese support -- I guess I am asking if anyone previously has had T68mc's upgraded, to T68m european firmaware, and does it overwrite the Chinese support, and all the Chinese properties (which include the funny font size problem).

Thanks,

Jeff
