Looks Like Orange's version of the XDA II - http://www.infosyncworld.com/news/n/4277.html

"The phone offers tri-band 900/1800/1900 MHz GSM and GPRS, as well as Bluetooth and IR connectivity. The screen is a standard 16-bit transflective TFT display running at 240 x 320, and the package is driven by a 400 MHz Intel XScale processor with 64 MB of RAM. Expansion is in the form of an SDIO-capable SD/MMC slot. Finally, the new SPV includes a VGA digital camera."
