What the basic software version of T68i is? |

One day I was in a shop and I asked them to show me the T68i.
I tried it and found out the software was R3A.Now here in this forum
it seems that everyone has R2A...please explain if you know(maybe European version?) |

i've never heard of r3a for t68m nor t68i... r2b025 for the t68i was apparantly released today so that dosent make sense... try and take a look at the sms part of the phone if you can get the chance.. if it looks like this : http://www.pbase.com/image/1660739 then its r2b025 or newer software... |

R2A-014 is the official software for T68i, when You buy it.
There's an upgrade out now called R2B-025, theres been some changes made to this (e.g. the eZi-text system). And the screen before used to update all the time, it doesnt do that anymore,.. the processor-power is now diverted to e.g. the sms-part, which has become faster and appears differently.

What is this 'updating all the time' mean? Surely that is the point what does it do how? It seems the T68i is being updated with things fro T68M will have in a few weeks.

Peanut > It means that the processor (OS) is using a lot of its power on the screen alone. Its not necessary really.
You could compare it a bit to a computer/framerates, like the graphics-card and how they work.
