F*cking Ericsson, My T610 works with it, but The P900, what's a lot newer, will not...

O got, I don't understand those mass enterprises...

My friend has a bmw which came with the BT car kit. The manual sez its possible to download the phones contact list to the car kit, however we tried with both his phone (cant remeebr the model number, its the SE bluetooth phoen with a flip) and my T610, the kit connects, we can use voice dialling to dial numbers, but the phone book doesnt get synchronized. Anyone got any ideas?

I have a Parrot CK3000 carkit installed in my car, and it automatically downloads and syncs my contact list, so I'm assuming the T610 has the necessary bluetooth profiles for this, so there must be a key combination or something to initiate the phonebook sync.

I had a T610 and the BMW Bluetooth kit worked perfectly. Contacts synchronised... Everything like a dream.
Z1010 came out and jumped on it. Now...
The Bluetooth kit and the Z1010 pair correctly but two seconds later the Z1010 disconnects and 1 second later reconnects. This goes on eternally. Connect, 3 seconds later disconnects.

It's results in contacts not syncronising and sometimes calls initiated from the car are not "forwarded" correctly to the phone.

Once the call is ongoing, then the phone never disconnects. It happens only when idle.

What I found out by reading around and trying all kind of stuff is:
Reset your car pairings
Pair the phone again AND
before turning off the car (position 0 of the key) send all the contacts manually from the phone to the car. This way the contacts should get to the car's phonebook.

Try...
