CASE WITH SPOODLE

Real facts of the case is this , customs delayed his item for a few extra days , he went out and bought a new phone without consulting me , and when i already stated no returns he expects one. LOWLIFE DEADBEAT BIDDER .You are definately added to my blocked bidder list. Check my feedback and see which phones i have sold. My feedback speaks for itself. LIAR.

WARNING!

Do NOT buy anything from kastore@hotmail.com. He strung me along with one lie after another for over six months. End result is I am out $275 and he doesn't respond to my emails.

Send me an email for more information; better yet, just buy elsewhere. It is not worth it to deal with this lowlife.

FACT: Purchased P800 from kastore (ebay 'victorshum') for $725 + $25 shipping in early March. Even paid an extra $25 to cover his PayPal expenses when he whined about them. Total = $775.

FACT: Auction showed location as Los Angeles. When I spoke with kastore, found out he is actually in Singapore (lie #1). Should have backed out of purchase right there, but I'm too trusting... eBay has since found out his correct location and the account now shows Singapore.

FACT: I would have never bid on a Singapore-located phone due to needing a phone within one week. I paid more for this phone because I expected it to be in Los Angeles.

FACT: Stated to kastore that I needed phone within one week and that it would have to be express mailed to me, or no purchase. He said no problem and that he was sure it would get to me in time. I was heading overseas for a trip and needed the phone within one week.

FACT: He shipped phone via Speedpost - which it turns out advertised 2 WEEK delivery! Why? To save a few bucks? Had nothing to do with customs; he chose a slow shipping method because it was cheaper for him.

FACT: Notified seller that I had to purchase a phone elsewhere and that I would return phone to him unopened for a refund. He agreed, but said that it would take some time since his PayPal account was suspended ??? but once he had the funds he would refund them to me.

Time goes by... months pass... more excuses.

Finally suggests that I sell my phone on eBay and that he will split the difference in the loss with me. At this point that sounds good to me so I sell it for $500.

Send him emails asking for his share of the loss; no response. Instant message him... no response.

All of the above is factual and supported by emails from him. Ask yourself: Do you want to buy from somebody like this?

I do have to agree that you establish a lack of trust when right of the bat you start with a lie such as $1200 being the lowest price in the world.

Just last week NinjaTurtle was selling them for $1100, and there are several published prices on the web as of Monday by companies who have retail stock a much better price.

In fact your "buy it now price" is about the highest you could possibly pay for the phone...

I dont mind admitting that my auction stated i was in the States when i was not. At least i emailed him to state so. And he agreed , my paypal account was indeed frozen at that period , and i have printed paypal forms and documentation to support it. However its total bullshit when he says i sent the parcel slow , it was sent SPEEDPOST EXPRESS which was paid to deliver in 2-3 days. Being so , without even informing me he did not want the phone anymore. He goes out to purchase a new phone and comes back whining im late in delivery. I already stated no refunds and he starts bitching daily about how much money hes losing due to depreciation. This is a mobile phone , nuff said. Facts are these , i have no wish to continue arguing with a deadbeat like him over the net , i have much more important things to do. If you believe him , so be it .
/i have already resigned myself to the fact people who have personalities like him are doomed to roam the net and i cannot stop it.
Check my feedback and email the rest of the people for queries , kinda strange why hes the ONLY person complaining?

moral of the story, don't buy big things from e-bay members whose email addresses are @yahoo/hotmail/msn/(other-anonymous-e-mail).
big chance of ripoffs, and while i could make an exception for canadians, i would NEVER buy a phone from overseas.

and kastore, it seems you are a MUCH bigger deadbeat than him. why would you lie about your location????? i really would never buy from you just for that.

Nuff said for myself , my feedback says it all with all the 6600's i have sold successfully. Buy if you like , no skin off my back if you dont. Just goes to show how powerful words are from liars over the internet

@punkserb

I resided in Connecticut for a period , my aunt lives in Waterbury. I moved back to Singapore and forgot to change the address. But of course , this is also a lie to you since it so happens Spoodle is a fantastic bender of the truth , dont matter to me either way. I have my regular customers and they know the truth.
Cheers!

I'm sorry, but you would have to be brain dead to pay $1,199.00 for a P900.

That price is ridiculous enough for an established, well known shop, never mind for an anonymous, random ebay seller like this guy is.

Guys, if you must buy at these prices, at least buy from a trusted online / high-street shop where you have some comeback.

Now now children come on, save it for the playground. Seriously though one does have to admit that there is a certain element of 'mystery' shall we politely call it regarding this chap selling the phone at the bragin basement price of $1200 (approx £850) so I don't think he can blame people for being mistrustful, especially considering the amount of cash that will be changing hands.
More liekly this price is because the chap has bought the phones himself at a high price and must now sell them at a higher price in order to make a profit.

P.S. Judge Judy pachy? You need Kilroy for this!
