Well, not really better. But some things from A1018 are missed on R520:

The list of incoming/outgoing calls are not sorted on 520. It was on 1018.

On the A1018 you used the * button to change between date and time of the caller if the call was more than one day old. On R520 you are only able to see the date, and you have to wait for the text to change.
When sending text messages with 1018 you could use the SIM-card number directly to send a message (like calling with the SIM number).
Exaple: At the point when you can enter a number, just enter 21,#,'Yes', and the message was sent to the person saved on position 21. With R3B on 520 a new menu appeared that let you use the SIM list, but still very clumsy.

A1018 automatically deleted old SMS-msgs that weren't saved on the SIM-card. With R520 you have to delete those manually. That is time consuming.

And when you delete a message on R520 you get a message saying "Deleted" that stays on screen for 5 seconds making you wait until it disappears. Boring.

The list of sent messages are not sorted on R520. It was on A1018, even though they were in the same folder.

When battery power was low on 1018 the flashing indicator became red. When power was almost gone one loud beep warned you. On 520 low power is also shown with red flashing, but in addition an extremly annoying beeping together with a warning message occur every 5th minute for the last 24 hours of battery life. This message intrude and stop you if you are writing an SMS or wapping, and returns the phone to standby. Why? I have seen the red indicator. I am not stupid.
Comments and/or tricks to solve these things?

Except from this I am extremly satisfied with my R520. It is still one of the most advanced mobile phones on the Nordic market.

Thanks.

K.A.
