HBH-35 echo problem (other party hears echo) |

Hi all,
Firstly, sorry if this post is yet another on the same subject. I have done a search and whilst I did find a few comments, nothing conclusive. I've just purchased a Bluetooth headset, and everything works fine apart from (and I've only tested it with one person so far), the person I'm calling hears an echo of themselves. I see from the other posts that this can be just an intermittant problem, a network problem (doubtful I would imagine) as well as many other things. Other posts mention 'echo cancellation' as a hardware feature of headsets, possibly pointing towards faulty hardware. Is there any confirmed advice out there? (I'm using a T610 by the way - that I'm pretty sure isn't running the 'latest' firmware)
Thanks in advance,

i had the "echo bug" with the t68i-HBH35 combo. i believe its a firmware issue with the headset. my echobug was intermittent and went away by itself. try playing with the headset-phone volume control to seee if it helps. goodluck:D
