Hi all, I was wondering y sonyericsson don’t implement an html browser in the new SE upgrade for the t68 (like the sonyericsson z5 and z7)

in my opinion it doesn't make sense to put one in. web sites are made for resolutions at least 800x600. even PDAs with much larger screens (and resolution) needs a lot of scrolling, so you can imagine what will happen when you browse a web (instead of WAP) site from the T68.

java in a T68? the memory capacity in T68 isn't that big, so if you installed a java engine there would probably be not much memory left for other things...

The only logical use I can find for having a html-based browser in my T68m is to use my net-bank, which does not support wap. But then again, the html-browser in the phone would probably not support the security-standards that a net-bank uses (SSL secure connection and so on)!

I agree with Cytech. T68 is not designed to be java enabled phone.
