how do u add a new contact from a sms msg for T68? |

juz wandering if it possible to add a new contact from a sms msg?
i tried going to the save function but it only saved it to the Sim card.
but when i save number it said "save to add contact menu"
so what does that mean?
coz when i didn't add name to it so how do i know where is it save to?
and i search the phonebook i juz couldn't find the number that was saved ?
so what shld be the way to save new contact from sms msg?

What i do is: call the number on the sms and hang up before it rings....
Then "add contact" when it asks for the phone number you select "unsaved numbers" and it should be the last one....

You are half way there already. Once added to the usaved numbers, go to your phone book > add contact> Then fill in the info for your new contact then scroll down to the number type that you want to save, hit yes, press left, scroll down to (3) unsaved nimbers, then the number you had previously save will be on the list |

but is that to say that we cannot add the number directly from a sms msg?
but when u saved the nos from the sms msg where is it saved to?
this is puzzling me?
there must be somewhere that the nos is save to isnt it?
but where is it save to?
any idea?

i juz discovered that there is a unsave nos available in the sms function if u will to go pull to left toggle and than u scroll down to find a unsave function there.
my question is how to add these nos. to phonebook.
i think its kinda of foolish to have the function and can't save it to phonebook isnt it?
i posted agaion on how to clear sms counter and doubt that it is possible to do so as i find no way to do so.
if anyone out there is able to do so kindly let me know

juz got the problem solved.
if we want to add a contact from sms these are the steps;
1. save the nos from the sms
2. go to add contact or edit contacts
3. than go to the respective nos u wanna save to ie. home ,work ,mobile .etc
4. than go to edit and u will see a couple of nos. from the unsaved or save from sms.
5. get the nos. u need to save than everything is done.
