I'am using an IrDA USB bridge adapter.Even though the adapter gets detected in Windows 98 I'am unable to connect my t610 phone. An icon in the taskbar appears saying that no infrared devices are in range.I have installed the mobile phone monitor software. What other things I have to do so that my phone gets detected in Win 98.

1. enable IR on your phone

if that doesn't work

2.adjust IR speed on your PC under device manager
