Nokia 6230 is a big surprise of all newly announced Nokia phones. Although the shape is typical Nokia bar shape phone, the inside is a bit differences. It comes with a MMC card slot and MP3 / AAC players. After the Siemens SL 45 / 6688, it is hard to find another small phones capable to play MP3 music files. The 6230 also comes with an 65k TFT screen. With the help of EDGE technology, the VGA camera can take up to 5 mins of video, and can send them out by using higher speed EDGE mode up to 200 kbps.

@nixin. Go to the nokia home said and search there. They have a couple of pages written about EDGE. I posted them on a question in this forum a few weeks back.

I hate nokia  but this nokia is the best one of small size . I love my t610!!

but the 650 wont have a mem card slot nokia have performed good handset hopefully sensebily priced and not on a PAYG for 99 pounds!

But I don't see any Bluetooth? How about sharing those files? With Nokia, once you get a file (i.e. TOnes and Pix) they're stuck there. You can't send them to anyone else, but with a SE there's Quickshare |

Still, the display of the Nokia is only 128x128; T610 has a 160x128 display, also the Nokia does not support Themes, and it will be available to the end of the year, which makes it 8 months newer than the T610. Not so great if you think about it. |
