P800 GPRS/Note Book Connection Help needed

Can anybody in this wolrd tell me what the seetings are for connecting my labtop to internet/outlook through my P800??
I have put my P800 in "Modem" mode and unchecked the USB connection in the "link properties" and in the "phone monitor option"(control panel) I have enabled the Com port I use. I have tried through my IR/bluetooth and cable(USB) connection but none worked. It answered: "Hardware failure or no GPRS connection" even though my phone was connected to the GPRS. I have reinstalled at least 3 times my "pc suite" software... I have an ASUS 2400ME with XP pro.
