I've made a program that let you gain access to the irc-network via your computers internet access, this way if you have a bluetooth adapter you can have this program running on the computer and all messages from a channel on the irc-network will appear in the phone display. You can also write messages from the phone to the channel.
The program is only in alpha so not so much is implemented, but you can connect to a server, join a channel, see alla the messages in the phones display, and send messages from the phone.
There are also no error-messages so if the program can't access the comport you will get runtime error.
You find the latest version here:

Nice little app you've made But when i try to install it, it just tells me that some files are out of date and asks me if i want to upgrade 'em now. If I do so, the computer will restart and then when i tries again, it says thesame thing. Thought it could be that windows xp doesn't like foreign files without certificate, so I disabled the system restore. But still the the problem occurs. Then I just extracted the .cab file and ran blirc.exe and it started as it was supposed to. Am I the only one who meets with these unpleasantness?
I'm really looking forward to the beta rellease of this app, great job mate
