My T68i screen froze over the weekend, i disconnected the battery from the phone and but it back in but now it won't switch on. It managed to power up after a few goes but when i try to type my pin in nothing happens so i disconnected the battery again and now i can't switch it on at all! Has anyone experienced this and if so is there a solution?

I have a replacement handset coming tomorrow but i wanna get all my numbers stored under phone memory out before i do! HELP!!

Many thanks
Stuart

you can test if it's just the keypad that's faulty... connect the charger... enter the code for the service menu (right * left left * left *) when the charging indicator shows and check under Service test where you can test the keys... if it is, then have a bit of patience and you might get it to work otherwise it's not much to do, the phone needs to be opened in order to fix it (meaning if you do it you will void the warranty)
