T39m Ringtones playing s-l-o-w |

Can anybody tell me why, when I download some ringtones to my T39 they play v-e-r-y s-l-o-w-l-y with no variation in length of note or the gaps between them?
I am using Fone Data suite software to view and edit tones (they sound fine when played through the PC itself). Although I can speed tunes up on this software, this speeding up is not reflected when the tune is downloaded to, and played by the phone handset.
I am downloading .mid files to the phone.
If anybody can help me on this I will give a fiver (£5 GBP) to the next charity that asks me for a donation!
Cheers. |

sorry, no tempo control for T39 and other ericsson phones. You can only fiddle around with the duration of the notes and rests to change the apparent tempo of a ringtone |

I'm using Ericsson Phone Setting to compose melody and send it to my T39mc by synchronization via Infrared
you can try to change your note to CAPITAL LETTER I think is will change the speed of your melody
CAPITAL LETTER= long note(slower)
small letter = short note(faster)
hope this will help you. |

As far as I'm aware the t65 does not have tempo control, the t66 does have temo control though, compose your tones on a t65 send them to a t66 then back again once yoy have adjusted the tempo. |
