I've sent a sms to register my number for MMS with telenor (08/04/02) and haven't heard from Telenor yet. Do you people know how long it takes before your ready to send MMS? They BETTER hook up my phone so I can send free MMS!

I talked to Telenor Datasupport yesterday. And this is what they said about MMS and Telenor:
We have not official released MMS in our network yet. But you should be able to test it out. The support folks did not know very much about how to set up the phone, but they forwared me a mail from the technical guys about how to setup the phone. After you have set up the phone, you will have to send a SMS message to telenor to register in their MMS database. The registration process will take "a couple of days".
Because the service is still in a testing phase, you are not guaranteed that your MMS messages will reach the receiver. No wonder why this service is free until May 1st. It's not working..
