Does anybody know what the female DB9 port on the HCB-30 can be used for. It looks like the port on the end of a serial modem and I would like to use it to send AT commands to the phone.
My intent is to make a PIC controller that will control the phone via my car stereo so that I can make the phone work like an integrated BMW phone where I can dial from the sterio and browse the phonebook.
I know I can do this with a serial cable to the phone but that almost seems to defeat the purpose of bluetooth so any help would be appreciated.
