When the MMS software upgrade is avalible will I be able to hand my phone over to the people at any carphonewarehouse store and have them send it off to be upgraded.

If the carphone warehouse store has EMMA II then they should be able to upgrade it while you wait, rumour has it though that the upgrade will take around half an hour though so it would probably be wise to take some reading material.

I took my T68 to a Carphone Warehouse Service point and they put me the new software in 1hour..!

There are 3 in Leicester if you count Beaumont Leys. The one you want is Welford Road, where the engineer is a guy called Altaf, or at least that was true a few months ago. I have been advised in the past to drop in a phone and pick it up the following day, as they are very busy.

Yes Kafka, thats right the right one is Welford Road in Leicester. I didnt know there was one in Beaumont Leys... well dotn go round there.. no need to so...!!!

I think ill gve them a call in a bit to see what they have at the moment. I certainly hope that they can do it for me as I didnt buy the phone from them

They do it for free even if you didn't buy it from them. They get paid to do it from Ericsson.
