Try using the fix application list option in Sman

Same happened to me, and Sman fixed it temporarily, but eventually I started to experience lots of odd bugs, like the camera not loading, wallpapers not being displayed, extreme slowness etc.

Only way I could fix it was by wiping the internal disk and my 128 duo and starting again.

i suggest having your phone checked at a local service center.

I experienced this also and Sman's fix applist was a big help. previously i used to restart my phone for it to reappear..

Well you could try this: put your old memory stick back in the phone, do a backup of it with the standard software you get with the phone, then swap sticks and do a restore onto your new stick.

Then just use a file-manager program to delete any of the old stuff you dont want on your new stick. THEN start installing your new apps on it.

This sorted out any problems i had. Good luck
